Message not sent, contact the administrator! - WhatsApp Hub for Zoho CRM - ZappHub

When trying to send a message using the extensionWhatsApp Hub for Zoho CRM, you can receive the following alert: "Message not sent, contact the administrator". This alert indicates that some configurations have not been completed correctly. Below are the possible measures to solve this problem:

1.Check the profile that has permission to access the extensions:
- Access the configurations of the Zoho CRM.
- Click on "Marketplace" and then in "Installed".
- Look for the extension "WhatsApp Hub for Zoho CRM"  and click on "Configure".
- Within the configurations, click "Change Permission" and select the profiles available in the system that must have access to the extensions and their features.

2.Check the user's email:
- Make sure the user's email is the same as both in the Zoho CRM how much in the ZappHub.
- To change the user's email in the ZappHub follow these steps:
- Login in ZappHub with an administrator user.
- In the initial form, go to "Team".
- Locate the user in question and click on the three points to access the option "Edit".
- Change the email as necessary and save the changes. The user will receive an email to register a new password.

3.Check the correct mapping of the fields:
- If the fields in the fields of the Zoho CRM are not mapped correctly, you will receive an error message.
- To correctly configure the fields, follow these steps:
- Access the configurations of the Zoho CRM.
- Select "Marketplace" and then "Installed".
- Look for "WhatsApp Hub for Zoho CRM and click on "Settings" (if you haven't set up the extension yet, follow the instructions in this link).
- In "Behavior", correctly map the fields where you want to save the contact numbers in the records of each mode of the Zoho CRM.
- Click save to apply the changes.
